What we collect

When you send a quote request, we receive your name, phone number, email (if you give it), your message and any file you attach. We use this only to reply to your request and complete your order.

Website statistics

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and taps on the call, WhatsApp and directions buttons. This helps us understand how customers find us. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.

Who can see your information

Your request is stored by our website host (Netlify), emailed to the shop through a form email service (Web3Forms), and seen by the shop owner and our website provider, AuroMeera Consultancy Ltd., who maintains this site. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless we need them for an order or for tax records.
